The objectives of this requirement are to provide preventative, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance services in support of DISA’s mission and current Building Automation System (BAS) Installation and Maintenence. In advancing DISA’s mission, new systems will be installed, current systems will be expanded, and maintained as facility infrastructure requirements change.
The BAS systems are to be connected to future infrastructure information technology tools (provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)) to assist DISA in its focus to provide managed, integrated, and reliable tools for data center management. Examples of the tools include Data Center Information Management (DCIM), and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
