Town of East Lyme Brookside Farms Lead Paint Repair
This bid entails removing lead paint, select wood siding, sill and roof repair and repainting the “Brookside Farm Museum” structure at 33 Society Rd, Niantic, CT 06357, as further described in the bid project specifications. Sealed bids will be received at the Public Works Office, Town Hall, 108 Pennsylvania Ave, Niantic, CT, until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 8, 2026 and will be publicly opened and read at that time. Additional information and documents can be found on our website, eltownhall.com purchasing page. A Pre-Bid Site Meeting will occur on Wednesday June 24, 2026 at 10 am the project site.
