Dual Mode Locomotives
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is developing a technical specification for a dual-mode locomotive (catenary AC/diesel) and is also evaluating alternative propulsion technologies. As part of this effort, CTDOT seeks input from locomotive manufacturers and suppliers.
