Request for Qualifications to Provide Engineering and Support Services for the Little Rock Port Authority
The Little Rock Port Authority is seeking statements of qualifications and performance data from prospective consulting firms to provide engineering and support services for public projects during calendar year 2025 pursuant to State of Arkansas Procurement Laws and Rules, Subchapter 8, Procurement of Professional Services.

— Hydraulics/Hydrology
— Structural Engineering
— Construction Supervision and Quality Assurance
— Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (occasional need for these services)
- NEPA
- Wetland Determinations and Mitigation
- USACE Permitting
- Pavement Management (occasional need for these services)
- Landscape Architecture (occasional need for these services)
- Surveying
- Mapping and GIS Services
- Construction Materials Testing
- Federal Project Management and Compliance
- Alternative Project Delivery
- Environmental Services
Firms shall identify in their response to this Request for Qualifications the Technical Areas for which they want to be considered. During the selection process, each firm will be evaluated and ranked as to their qualifications to provide the services for each identified area of interest. Multiple firms may be selected for projects and services under each of the Technical Areas.

. Responses should be submitted on or before 12:00 p.m. (CST) on December 4, 2024, at the Little Rock Port Authority offices at 10600 Industrial Harbor Drive, Little Rock, AR 72206.
NOTE: Firms shall not provide a fee schedule.
Only those firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed qualifications packages that best meet the needs of the Little Rock Port Authority will be considered for the requested services, regardless of past contracts with the Little Rock Port Authority.
