ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed BIDS for the 2024 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - HADDOCK STREET PHASE 2 will be received by THE CITY OF ARKADELPHIA CITY MANAGERS OFFICE at 700 CLAY STREET, ARKADELPHIA, AR 71923 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on October 29, 2024, at which time bids received will be opened and read aloud.
The City of Arkadelphia will receive bids for drainage improvements on Walnut Street. Work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new drainage structures and pipes, trench drains, and driveway replacements and repairs.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be purchased at the following location.

A complete set of Contract Documents may be purchased from Crafton Tull & Associates upon payment of $50.00 for each set. A PDF version of the Contract Documents may be requested via email to kristi.clark@craftontull.com and paid by credit card. Return of documents is not required, and the amount paid for documents is not refundable. Addenda will be distributed to the plan holders only.
The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the OWNER.
Each BIDDER must deposit with his Bid, security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier Check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid if the Bid amount exceeds $20,000. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment including Equal Employment Opportunity to be observed. BIDDERS shall be licensed as required by statutes and the rules and regulations of the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board.
