Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM #1 DELETE/REPLACE: The page 9 of the Technical Specifications and Conditions, TS-04, table in letter C
'Preferred Packaging 30-gallon drum'. Please strikethrough 30-gallon and replace with 55-gallon.
ITEM #2 DELETE/REPLACE: The page 19 of the Bid Form, the pricing section states 'UNIT COST FOR 30-GALLON
CONTAINER'. Please strikethrough 30-gallon container and replace with 55-gallon container.
ITEM #3 DELETE/REPLACE: The page 19 of the Bid Form, the pricing section states 'DUOVEX (30-GALLON
CONTAINER)'. Please strikethrough 30-gallon container and replace with 55-gallon container.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20270029. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
