Synopsis:

Request for PreQualification - Well Testing Services
TransGas is seeking contractors to provide all labour, material and equipment required for Well Testing Services. Pipeline flaring is required during several different field activities scheduled throughout the year, including planned and unplanned services outages, pipeline in-line inspections (ILI), inline flow testing, and cavern wellhead inspections. The required work is at various TransGas locations throughout Saskatchewan.
The forecasted work includes (but not limited to) test gas from TransGas natural gas storage caverns, disposal wells or field wells. TransGas typically requires one gas-testing unit at a time, however, the possibility of using more than one unit can arise. The number of wells and cavern for testing cannot be specified as the frequency of testing can vary from year to year.
A two-phase separator (water/brine or gas) may be required with each having separate metering capability. Well testing equipment is required to have flaring capability. Standardized testing equipment to be used includes, but is not limited to, a well testing unit with a trailer mounted flare, flow lines from wellhead/block valve to testing unit, and a pressure-rated separator tank. All well testing operations should conform to the Enform Industry Recommended Practice (IRP 4) “Well Testing and Fluid Handling”.
