This is a sole source contract action to Sunny Grove Mobile Home Park, at 2463 Gulf to Bay Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33764 – Pinellas County for the monthly lease of 4 Mobile Home Units (MHU) lots/pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 forHurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
