Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission
Sealed bids will be received by the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission at the Mayflower Field Office, 213 A Hwy 89 South, Mayflower, AR 72106 until 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, Thursday, November 14th and then publicly opened and read for the furnishing of all work required for the Brady Mountain Road Improvements at Royal, Garland County, Arkansas, all in strict accordance with plans, specifications and contract drawings on display for review by prospective Contractors at the Mayflower Field Office, 213 A Hwy 89 South, Mayflower, AR 72106.
There will be a mandatory on site pre-bid meeting for this project at 10:00 a.m., Local Time, Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at the parking area for Brady Point Access on Lake Ouachita.
This project is under the strict adherence to the “Build America, Buy America” Act. It shall be bid and built according to these standards.
