The Texas Public Finance Authority (TPFA), an agency of the State of Texas, intends to make a purchase that we believe is only available for purchase through a single provider. Any potential bidder who does not agree that this procurement is available only from the intended source must contact the procurement officer by the response deadline. Responses must be in writing and must describe the service you are offering as an equivalent. If you have any questions, please submit in writing to the procurement officer before the response deadline.

These specifications are being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code. Only bids on items conforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determining an award.  (See Attachment)
