One-Two Sentences
UNCW is seeking design-build firm qualifications for a new parking deck and surface parking to accommodate approximately 500 vehicles in the existing Leutze-Morton parking lot area. Associated work will include modifications to existing parking lot and roadways for access and egress to/from new deck. See linked website for additional information. Pre-proposal meeting attendance is mandatory. It will be located at: UNC Wilmington Discovery Hall Room 2097
