Project Description: Work of this project includes modifications to the existing office / maintenance facility
building for TxDOT located just outside of Presidio, Texas. The existing facility is located
on an 18.9-arce site, just north of the city of Presidio at 16365 FM 170. The scope for this
facility is to complete the installation of the flexible pavement section surrounding the
existing maintenance facility; Revise electrical panel and service to the existing fuel island;
Complete the electrical wiring, communication cabling, and commissioning of the fuel
island; Installation of local electrical switches to existing exhaust equipment in the shop
areas; and replacement of toilet room accessories as noted on plans.
