Project Description: Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH) is soliciting proposals from experienced providers to establish and operate Interim Recovery Housing. The purpose is to expand safe Interim housing options for individuals receiving VCBH services with a substance use disorder or co-occurring diagnosis who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.
