Description:
The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is requesting bids to abate and demolish seven (7) single-story office buildings, one (1) three-story office building, and one (1) shed locatedin North Charleston, South Carolina. The work includes includes the abatement of asbestos containing materials (ACM), control of lead-containing paints, removal and disposal of all building contents and materials, and complete demolition of the structures to their concrete floor slabs.
