Project Description: The Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District ("District") is seeking proposals from qualified firms in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for Third Party Administrator for Public Liability, Fleet Claims Investigation, and Adjustment Services (the "Services").
The District intends to award a contract with a base term of 3 years with up to 2 additional 1-year options terms for the Services to the proposer selected based on the procurement process detailed herein ("Selected Proposer"), subject to approval by the District's General Manager or Board of Directors.
