General:
This addendum will form a part of the RFQ and modifies the original Request for Quote (RFQ)
document. The following changes take precedence over items in the RFQ. Any portion of the
RFQ not changed by this Addendum remains in effect. Recipients of the Addendum are advised
to provide this Addendum to anyone to whom they further distribute without the BAA’s
knowledge.
Participants in this RFQ are required to acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their Quote.
Failure to do so may subject Proposer for disqualification.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/CLARIFICATIONS/DESCRIBED BELOW:
1. Question: Are there preferred working hours?
Answer: No
2. Question: Are weekend operations allowed?
Answer: Yes
3. Question: Are parking passes required for contractor vehicles?
Answer: No. Once badged they will have access to employee parking.
4. Question: Will the 32 ft scissor lift be provided? Are there any limitations/ availability when
using this equipment?
Answer: No. Provide a separate cost if they have to rent one.
5. Question: Will the 45 ft boom lift be provided? Are there any limitations/ availability when
using this equipment?
Answer: No. Provide a separate cost if they have to rent one.
6. Question: Will payment be received after completion of each cleaning or after both cleanings
have been completed?
Answer: After each cleaning.
7. Question: Is this contract renewable after the first year?
Answer: No. It goes back out to bid
8. Question: Will cones, safety tape or other ppe be provided to keep customers from entering
cleaning areas?
Answer: No
