Tennis Class and Camp Instruction for Adults and Youth - REBID (RFP 194598A)

The City of Palo Alto (City) intends to implement tennis classes and camps for its Recreational Program and is seeking five (5) year term proposals from qualified Consultants to provide Tennis Instruction services. These year-round tennis classes and summer camps, include a curriculum for youths and adults at all skill levels. City may award a contract to more than one proposer.

This is a Rebid. The City of Palo Alto has rejected all bids for Request for Proposal (RFP) Number 194598 – Tennis Class and Camp Instruction for Adults and Youth. The appropriate evidence of Financial Stability in accordance with RFP No. 194598 - Section 3.9. was not provided. There will be an opportunity to ask clarifying questions during the pre-bid meeting or questions and answer section through OpenGov.

Consultant must have a team of experienced coaches to instruct tennis to both youth and adults. Youth classes will be offered to students from 5 years - 15 years of age. Youth classes will run all four seasons of the year and summer camps from June - August. Adult class instruction will run all 4 seasons and private class instruction will be offered to all January - December.
