Statement of Work: Complete the interior build out of B9678 weapons maintenance storage addition project. This project consists of interior finishes, lowering fire sprinkler heads to appropriate height of drop ceiling, locating fire alarm devices to actual locations, completing HVAC, removing temporary ductless split unit (return to CES), electrical & comm work, furniture and existing joint between old building and addition. Frame interior wall around window between addition and room 119 to preserve existing window. Exterior work includes raising existing transformer pad to include regrading, CMU infill and match existing exterior finishes, horizontal chain link fencing and gate at exterior.
Period of Performance: 180 calendar days
Magnitude of Construction, IAW FAR 36.204, between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
Set Aside: This acquisition will be set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns eligible under the SDVOSB Program
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer
