Request for Qualification - Architectural and Professional Consulting Services for Renovation and Expansion of Preston Royal Branch Library

Project Description: The City of Dallas, through its Office of Bond and Construction Management is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested Vendors to provide architectural, engineering and related professional consulting services for renovation and expansion of the Preston Royal Branch Library, located at 5620 Royal Lane, Dallas, Texas 75230.
A two-step evaluation process will be utilized to determine a highest-ranked Candidate recommendation for award of this contract in response to the Owner’s planned scope of services. Responses submitted to this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) will be reviewed, evaluated and ranked by an Evaluation Committee, to form a short-list of well-qualified Respondents to provide design architectural and engineering services for this project. A Request For Proposal will then be issued to the short-listed Candidates during the second phase of this selection process.
