Public notice is hereby given that the City of Paramount invites sealed bids for the above-stated project and will receive such bids in the Public Works Department office located at 15300 Downey Ave., Paramount, California 90723 until Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 11 A.M. Copies of specifications are available electronically (PDFs) at no cost and may be obtained by sending an email to publicworksdept@paramountcity.gov .
A MANDATORY job walk is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 9 AM. The job walk will commence at the job location located at 7342 Petterson Lane, Paramount, CA 90723.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of
Paramount will receive sealed proposals until
Thursday, October 15, 2026 at the hour of
11:00 a.m. (POSTMARKS WILL NOT BE AC-
CEPTED) in the office of the Public Works De-
partment, City Yard, 15300 Downey Avenue,
Paramount, CA 90723 for:
FIRE SERVICE INSTALLATION AT 7342 PET-
TERSON LANE
Sealed proposals will be opened and publicly
read aloud in the Public Works office, immedi-
ately following the hour of proposal closing. All
proposals must be sealed and clearly marked,
"Proposal for Fire Service Installation at 7342
Petterson Lane -- DO NOT OPEN."
Specifications are available at the Paramount
Public Works office, 15300 Downey Avenue,
Paramount, California, 90723 and will be given
upon request at no charge. Questions regarding
the bid specifications should be directed to
Maurice Gomez, Water Supervisor, at (562) 220-
2020.
The City of Paramount reserves the right, at any
of these proceedings, to reject any or all bids or
any portion without exception or explanation.
