Financial Advisor - Repositioning Consultant RFP
The Middletown Housing Authority, of Middletown, Connecticut (MHA), is publishing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit a firm or firms to provide Financial Advisor and Repositioning Consultant services on an "as needed, when needed" basis. Services desired by MHA will be largely utilized toward the conversion of the Authority’s traditional Low Income Public Housing portfolio to other platforms and ownership structures and toward the financing, acquisition, leasing, construction or rehabilitation of other housing and potentially commercial uses to add to the MHA or its to be formed instrumentality portfolios.
