The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in/at the Jct. of NM State Hwy 371 & Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for laboratory supplies, and reagents on an-as-needed basis for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Laboratory Department.
The Government anticipates establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), or other appropriate commercial supply vehicle for the acquisition of laboratory supplies, reagents, specimen collection materials, controls, testing kits, consumables, and related laboratory products required to support patient care and diagnostic services.
The contractor should be able to provide a full-line laboratory supply catalog and be capable of furnishing a broad range of laboratory supplies and reagents as required by the Government. Supplies will be ordered on an as-needed basis throughout the ordering period.
The anticipated ordering period is:
Base Period: July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027
Option Period : July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is - In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00179 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by June 22, 2026. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by June 26, 2026. The acquisition set-aside determination has not yet been made. The Government will use information received in response to this Sources Sought Notice to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy. Any applicable set-aside determination will be identified in the resulting RFQ, if issued.
In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
