Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a Job Order Contract are invited for the following work:
University is seeking to hire a Contractor for renovation work that will be delivered by Job Order Contracting (JOC). As described in more details in the Bidding Documents, Work under the JOC will be limited to the following: 1. General construction work involving one or more building trades where the value of each job performed is between $3,000.00 and $99,999.00, where the project is identified as a Capital Project funded and approved by the Hospital Capital Equipment Committee as a part of the Medical Systems allocation of Capital resources, and where the work is performed only in the below-listed buildings: A. Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center B. 200 Medical Plaza Building C. 300 Medical Plaza Building D. West Medical Building E Portions of the CHS Building, Levels A and B, Occupied by the UCLA Health System F. UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital, 1250 16th Street G. Stuart House, 16th Street, 1336 16th St. H. Hoefflin Building, 1570 Arizona Ave I. Arizona Parking Structure, 1301 Arizona Ave. J. Parking Lots at 1525, 1531, 1601 Santa Monica Blvd. K. Former Horberg Dealership, 1601 Wilshire Blvd. L. Tiverton House M. Michigan Operations Center Warehouse (MOC), 2211 Michigan Avenue N. Stanford Warehouse, 1717 Stanford Ave. O. 26585 Agoura Rd, Calabasas P. 27235 Tourney Rd, Santa Clarita Q. 100 Moody Ct, Thousand Oaks R. 14250 Arminta St, Panorama City S. 2211 Michigan Ave, Santa Monica T. 5901 Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles U. 5975 Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles V. 143 Triunfo Canyon Rd, Westlake Village W. 5210 Pacific Concourse, El Segundo X.
