Replace Back Channel Hydraulic Dam Gate Cylinders - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District. This requirement is to replace the Dam Gate Hydraulic Cylinders at Emsworth Locks and Dams, Ohio River, Pennsylvania. The Contract includes the purchase and installation of twelve (12) hydraulic cylinders on the Back-Channel Dam, installation of a new network card in the control system to interface with cylinder sensors, and removal and disposal of the existing dam gate cylinders. NOTE: Amendment 0004 in PIEE is actually Amendment 0003 to the solicitation. This amendment includes the following: Updated Wage Determination. Section 40 60 00, Section 35 05 40.14 10, and Section 25 05 11.35 28 of Specifications. Extended Bid due dates to 14 February 2025, 11:00 AM EST. Updated Bid Opening Meeting Details.
