The project is also located at the intersection of Elm Street and Jay View Drive, extending eastward to the Town of Enosburg recreational fields. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project includes: Portland cement concrete sidewalk, drainage, pavement markings, signage and other highway related items.
