All sealed bids must be received electronically by Gallagher no later than Friday, June 6th, 2025 at 11:30 A.M.

Gallagher Benefits Services (GBS), via Email. The City is not requesting the services of an Agent or Broker. Gallagher will be named the sole AOR on all coverage.  The City of Webster reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality during the ITB process.
