409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issued a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Hybrid Requirements (Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Labor Hour (LH)/Time & Material (T&M)), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) at USAG Stuttgart. This requirement will utilize lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Stuttgart. The Period of Performance is expected to start 01 December 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The Request For Price (RFP) will be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. All Amendments to the Solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendment. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFP and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
