Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Program Executive Office (PEO) Spectrum is seeking sources for Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Services Applied Engineering Mobile Service Provider (MSP) Support.



The primary capability of the Contractor shall be to conduct electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) and electromagnetic interference (EMI) analyses, and perform on-site measurements/surveys as required, prior to the installation of new, modified, or upgraded commercial MSP telecommunications systems on Department of Defense (DoD)/Federal property. In addition, the services may include providing training to users of the government-provided MSP software tool and other applicable software applications, creation of a “How-to” guide to assist users to correctly use the MSP tool, and providing product maintenance support and changes/updates to the MSP tool.
