Project Description: The City of Westerville is seeking proposals for professional owner’s representative/construction project management services, including but not limited to: pre-construction phase review services, construction phase management and field observation services, and post-construction phase closeout services in support of upcoming upgrades to the City's Water Treatment Plant located at 312 W. Main Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081.
