Sole Source Procurement for FY27 Books from Birth Program for Contract No. DCPL-2027-C-0001

DCPL seeks to award a sole source contract to Dollywood Foundation to provide implementation and support of the DC Public Libraries Books from Birth program, which distributes one (1) age-appropriate children’s book per month to each registered child from birth to age five (5) in the District of Columbia.   The contractor must have the infrastructure to maintain a distribution system that selects, purchases and ships books purchases for its customers at the scale and pace of DC’s Books from Birth program.  This infrastructure is made possible through Dollywood Foundation’s own secure electronic registration system and database.
