This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number N6134024R0019 is to procure commercial services. It incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to https://www.acquisition.gov/ inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2023-04. This Procurement is being solicited as a Sole Source effort. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 517121 and PSC DD01 with a size standard of 1500 employees. This procurement will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) outlined in FAR Part 13. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order.

NAWCTSD has a requirement for telephone and networking services for Government exhibits at the 2023 Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). This work will be provided for all associated Government booths (349, 1433, 1439, 1533, 1539, 3235, 3249, 3371, 3449, 105A, 105B, MR-681, and MR-687). This conference will be held 27 November to 1 December 2023 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). The vendor’s services shall be provided from 22 November through 1 December 2023.

The contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, material, and equipment necessary to ensure that telephone and networking services are provided for Government exhibits at I/ITSEC 2023 for the booths identified above. The installation of the telephone and networking services will be completed in accordance to the local safety and operational codes and in a manner that shall maintain a safe facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. (Booths 349 and 1439 are expected to be proffered.) This combined synopsis/solicitation will include twenty one (21) Firm-Fixed-Price CLINs in support of NAWCTSD’s specific requirements as follows:
