United States Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit (CEU) Providence announces a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for: Repair Aids to Navigation (ATON) Sectors Boston & Southeast New England

This solicitation is being advertised as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.

The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990.

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 15 August 2025. The procurement method is Sealed Bidding, FAR Part 14. The offeror is responsible to monitor and download any amendments for the solicitation from the Contract Opportunities (https://sam.gov) website.

A bid due date of approximately 16 September 2025 is anticipated for the subject project.

Project Description:

The project consists of the base bid only.

Base Bid Item(s):

Demolish/replace 1 ATON structure and demolish 3 ATON structures in the CG Sector Boston and SENE AOR.

Sabin Point Daybeacon SP (LLNR 18455)

Primary CG Unit: ANT Bristol

Demolish and remove aid in its entirety.

Lobster Rocks Daybeacon 13A (LLNR 10265)

Primary CG Unit: ANT Boston

Demolish and remove aid in its entirety.

Abbot Rock Daybeacon 13A (LLNR 10265)

Primary CG Unit: ANT Boston

Demolish and remove aid in its entirety.

Bowditch Ledge Daybeacon (LLNR 10025)

Primary CG Unit: ANT Boston

Demolish and remove existing aid in its entirety, and furnish and install replacement aid.

All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the project specifications, project drawings, all local, State, and Federal Codes. and all required permitting

Period of Performance:

The total period of performance is 300 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

Contract Magnitude: The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.IAW FAR 36.204.

General Information:
