Amendment 0004 revisions solicitation section C.6 (revised via Amendment 0003). This amendment does not extend the quote due date/time identified in Amendment 0003. This Amendment 0004 must be acknowledged (as do all amendments issued). Any quotes already submitted must acknowledge receipt of this amendment. Submitted quotes may be revised up to the quote due date and time.
Amendment 0003 revises solicitation section C.6 (revised in Amendment 0002) and adds information regarding the current dampers. This amendment extends the quote due date. Amendment 0002 makes a revision to information included in Amendment 0001. The quote due date and time is not extended as a result of this amendment. All quotes (even those already submitted) must acknowledge Amendment 0002. If a price quote has been submitted, consider whether it needs to be revised due the change in this Amendment 0002.
Amendment 0001 provides responses to all quesitons received and makes changes to the solicitation as a result of those responses. This amendment extends the quote due date.
This is a total small business set-aside construction solicitation to provide and install two boilers at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Re-Entry and Sanctions Center (RSC) site located at 1900 Massachusetts Ave, SE, Washington, DC, 20003.
In order to be considered for award, entities submitting a quote must be be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the entity's posted representations and Certifications in SAM.gov must include the North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
A payment bond is required. See the soliciation section L for site visit information, quote due date, and information on requirements for submitting a quote.
