Project Description: The proposed project is a Roadway Paving, Curb, Sidewalk and Water Main Installation project on Flax Hill Road (From Washington Street to Arbor Drive). It includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials water main testing, supervision, etc. for the Project. The awarded bidder is also responsible for most incidentals related to this work such as Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, driveway or walk replacement, the resetting of structures, demolition and abandonment of the existing water main, temporary water main system, new water main service reconnections, water main testing, and site restoration as necessary to complete the Project scope of work. The work under this Project shall be totally completed by no later than December 31, 2025.
