USDC Clerks Office 2nd Floor Furniture

This is a FAR 8.405-6 limited-source procurement award notice in accordance with FAR 5.301. This procurement is authorized under the logical follow-on exception, as outlined in FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i). The United States District Court (USDC) has a requirement for office furniture at the Diana E. Murphy U.S. Courthouse, 300 S 4th St., Minneapolis MN 55415. Agency request is to match existing furniture style and finishes in contiguous space previously procured by GSA. The new work is a continuation of a previous Federal Supply Schedule order at the location of performance, placed in accordance with applicable ordering procedures.

A solicitation was issued under the Solicitation Number 47PF0024Q0061 and the period of performance is from 3/25/2025 to 7/27/2025. See attached Limited Source Justification for further details.
