NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Quotes will be received for the Contract LAPTOPS, DESKTOPS, PRINTERS, and SMALL IT EQUIPMENT 26-065-CCC on or before July 21, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at henry.kocker@dupagecounty.gov . All Quotes must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Quotes do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Quotes transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile ("Fax") will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Circuit Court Clerk is seeking bidders to furnish and deliver laptops, desktops, printers, and small IT equipment to 505 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187 F.O.B. Destination. No substitutions are allowed for Product Numbers that have been identified.
