Qualifications:

This scope of work is defined in two major areas, as follows:
1) Landscape Maintenance and Lawn Care at public spaces and thoroughfares, scheduled on
regular intervals, and
2) Cleanup Services of thoroughfares and selected public spaces after scheduled public events
(parades) held during the year.

Special Requirements:

SPECIFICATIONS:
All proposals will include the following information:
A. Contractor qualifications, years in business, experience in providing the level and type of service specified in the proposal.
B. Contractor must identify the business entity as individual, assumed name, partnership (naming partners) or corporation.
C. The number of full-time, part-time, and salaried employees that will be dedicated to performing the services in the proposal.
D. Include at least three (3) references of similar sizes of scope of work to be performed in the proposal.
E. The City may request additional information or presentations in support of
proposals. Additionally, the city may conduct an interview with those contractors
being considered for selection to clarify any information provided, or to gather more
evidence of managerial, financial, and technical abilities.
F. The City reserves the right to award all work listed to one contractor or multiple contractors if desired.
Proposals that do not include all the information requested shall not be considered.

Electronically – Proposals may also be submitted to Ms. Tricia Thigpen, City Clerk at tricia.thigpen@cityofmosspoint.org . When submitting an electronic proposal, the proposal must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper proposals. When submitting a proposal electronically, the authorized signature may be a hand-written blue ink signature or be an electronic signature. When proposals are submitted electronically, the exterior of the proposal envelope shall be deemed in compliance by including the same information as an attachment with electronic proposal submittal.
