The Contractor shall furnish, deliver, and unload High-Performance (Asphalt) Cold Mix for use in the construction and repair of WSSC water and sewer systems throughout Montgomery and Prince George’ s Counties, Maryland. The Contractor shall do all the work to furnish, deliver, unload, and provide all supervision, labor, components, materials, and appurtenances necessary for the performance and completion to provide and deliver High Performance Cold Mix Stock Number 5610-7090- 8 to WSSC warehouses and job sites.
