The County of Marin Department of Health and Human Services, Divisions of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services and Public Health, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to coordinate youth-led, school-based substance use prevention efforts through the Friday Night Live (FNL) and Club Live (CL) programs. FNL engages high school-aged youth and CL engages middle school-aged youth as active leaders working to change the community conditions that contribute to underage substance use. The County anticipates allocating $50,000 annually for this work. The anticipated initial contract period is September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
