Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: Mill and Overlay Project – Bid #26-041. Bids will be publicly opened and read on May 20, 2026 at 1:00 P.M.

Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive. Mass DOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Pavement-Surfacing, for the project with an estimated value of $692,707.50 will be required.”
