The County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) is seeking Letters of Intent from qualified organizations interested in providing Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) and Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA) services. HICAP and MIPPA provide Medicare counseling, education, advocacy, outreach, and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries, including support for eligible low-income individuals. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or offer to contract.
