Scope of Services
The intent of this solicitation is to engage a qualified professional consulting firm to provide multidisciplinary planning, engineering, and permitting services for the development of a comprehensive master plan for the Boardwalk on Pleasant Hill project site. The selected Consultant will evaluate existing conditions, identify development constraints and opportunities, and prepare planning and technical documentation necessary to advance the site toward development readiness.
The Consultant shall provide multidisciplinary professional services necessary to evaluate existing site conditions and prepare a comprehensive development master plan for the project site. Services may include planning, surveying, geotechnical investigation, environmental assessment, engineering analysis, transportation evaluation, permitting coordination, and supporting technical documentation necessary to advance the site toward development readiness.
