Capability information is required by 15:00 AM EST July 17th, 2026, to establish the ability of the source to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
