INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY FOR WELL DRILLER SERVICES
Well Drillers interested in performing construction services for the Cedar City Quichapa Wells
Rehabilitation Project 2026 are invited to provide Prequalification Submittals to Cedar City’s
Engineering Department. The project consists of rehabilitating four culinary water wells by surge
block development. If you are interested in submitting a prequalification submittal, information
on the requirements for prequalification submittals will be available on August 31, 2026, by
contacting Jonathan Stathis, Cedar City Engineering Department, 10 North Main Street, Cedar
City, Utah 84720, Telephone (435) 865-5120, email: jstathis@cedarcityut.gov. The deadline for
providing the submittal is 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The right is reserved by
Cedar City to reject any and all submittals.
