submitted with the RFQ.

1. Does the County anticipate the need for any easements, or right-of-way? The RFP

references right-of-way plans, but it appears that the corridor allows adequate

space for the trail without obtaining easements. To what extent are the right-of-way

plans needed?

Response: Yes, ROW plans will be required to develop an easement for County

maintenance of the trail.

2. Does the County anticipate any environmental analysis or research needed along

the corridor?

Response: Yes.

3. Can the County conﬁrm what is required for the submittal? Section 4.1 indicates

that email of the proposal is a separate option from hardcopy, but in Section 4.3, ﬁve

hardcopy and a pdf on a cd/usb is required.

Response: Please submit RFQ’s via hardcopy PDF or USB.

4. Is geotechnical engineering required for this project? Have geotechnical

investigations been conducted along Medal of Honor Blvd that can be used for the

multi-use trail portion of the project? Is there any geotechnical information from

past projects along the west side of Pueblo Blvd. that can be used?

Response: Yes, geotechnical engineering will be required for the SH-45 portion of

the trail. Geotechnical reports were completed for the Medal of Honor Project and

will be uploaded via Addendum #2. The County does not possess any geotechnical

information for past projects in CDOT ROW.

5. Can the County provide the ﬁgures from the planning document that show the

proposed trailhead and mobility hub locations as indicated in Section 2.1, 2nd

paragraph?

Response: The ﬁgure will be posted under Addendum #2.

6. The RFQ for the connecting communities project references a dropbox containing

relevant information. Would you be able to share that with me? The RFQ mentions a

planning document with Figures outlining the adjacent transit stops. Is this available

to share?

Response: Response: The ﬁgure will be posted under Addendum #2.

7. Section 4.0 SOQ Submittal Requirements - Section 4.1 (page 11) Due Date, Time

and Location indicate a “Via email: purchasing@pueblocounty.us” option for

delivery of the SOQ. Is this in lieu of the Four (4) bound copies and one CD or USB

drive from Section 4.3 (page 12) Submittal Quantities? Please Clarify.

Please submit RFQ’s via hardcopy PDF or USB.

8. Section 4.2 (page 12) Format indicates 30 single-sided pages and one page for a

Project Timeline-Gantt Chart. Can the Gantt Chart be an 11x17 page size. And is the

Gantt Chart part of the 30 single-sided page limit? Also, can an additional 11 x 17

page be used as part of the 30 single-sided page limit? Please clarify.

Response: Yes, an 11 x 17-page size can be used for the Gantt Chart and the 30

single-sided pages. The Gantt Chart is not included in the page limit.
