Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded a contract to Frontgrade Technologies, Exeter, NH for acquisition of directional couplers for use in the Airport Surveillance Radar Model 9 (ASR-9). The contract was awarded as a one-time, fixed price contract.

This acquisition procures the following Frontgrade Technologies equipment:

• Directional Couplers, NSN: 5985-01-297-1710, Mfg P/N: 1D19766H01

• Directional Couplers, NSN: 5985-01-297-1711, Mfg P/N: 1D19766H02

The 1D19766H01and 1D19766H02 models are the only approved couplers to be used in the ASR-9 system.

Contract 6973GH-25-C-00021 was awarded on December 19, 2024 to Frontgrade Technologies for a total value of $4,273,860.00.
