The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources intends to establish an agreement with Oglebay National Training Center for State Park Leadership School for 4 registrants for January 3-7, 2027, to be held in Wheeling WV. DNR has deemed this a single source because of the certification program for parks and trails supervisors. No other company can act on behalf of Oglebay National Training Center.
