The City of Paterson, New Jersey shall receive sealed bids at the Purchasing Agent Office, located at, City
Hall, 155 Market Street, 4th Floor, Paterson, New Jersey 07505 until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time on display
in the Purchasing Office, on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 and then publicly opened, and read aloud in the 4th fl.
Conference Room for the Following: RENTAL OF PORTABLE BATHROOMS FOR VARIOUS
LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF PATERSON, BID NO. 26.22
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, notice is hereby given that beginning January 1, 2026,

the New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Act N.J.S.A.52:32-44 (P.L.2004, c57)
