This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02.

The solicitation is W912JV-25-Q-0011 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Information are due by February 18, 2025, 1 PM PST .Request for Quotes are due by February 21, 2025, 1 PM PST. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract.

Specifications, Requirements and Address

The contractor shall provide lodging, event space, and food services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Personnel assigned to these tasks shall possess the skills and expertise necessary to perform assigned tasks associated with this order.

Location: Within 20 miles of Bend, OR

Period of Performance: April 23 – 27, 2025.
