Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) to qualified Consultants for the supply of Consulting Services for the Glenrosa Emergency Egress Feasibility Study & Evacuation Planning as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is seeking a qualified Consultant to conduct a feasibility study of additional emergency egress options for the Glenrosa neighbourhood. With only one main access and two existing emergency routes via forest service roads, the City aims to identify and evaluate further options for emergency use. The successful proponent will assess all proposed alternatives in terms of cost, evacuation capacity, and community benefit, and deliver recommendations to the City.
